Ismail Okter, President & CEO
Mr. Ismail Okter is Co-Founder, President and CEO of Decicon Inc. Prior to co-founding Decicon, Mr. Okter held an engineering management position at Exar Corporation (San Jose, CA), where he was responsible for the Analog and Digital Capabilities Groups. Mr. Okter brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry in areas related semiconductor processes, analog and mixed signal integrated circuits. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

Hakan Ates Gurcan, Vice President & CTO
Mr. Hakan Ates Gurcan is Co-Founder, Vice President and CTO of Decicon Inc. Prior to co-founding Decicon, Mr. Gurcan was with Exar Corporation (San Jose, CA) where he was a Senior Staff Engineer. Prior to his tenure with Exar, Mr. Gurcan was with Northern Telecommunication A.S. (Istanbul, Turkey). Mr. Gurcan has over 20 years of hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry in areas related to analog and mixed signal integrated circuits. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
