Decicon announces the availability of silicon proven Micropower Analog building blocks for TSMC 0.18µm CMOS process. The building blocks include "OS01 - Micropower RC Oscillator/Pulse Generator" and "OS02 - Micropower Crystal Oscillator". The building blocks are designed for the logic version of TSMC 0.18µm process and are compatible with all versions of 0.18µm process from TSMC.

OS01 is a 1kHz micropower RC oscillator circuit with a typical operating current of only 400nA. It is specifically designed for watchdog applications.

OS02 is a 32kHz micropower crystal oscillator circuit with a typical operating current of only 500nA. It features automatic gain control for minimizing the power consumption while guaranteeing trouble-free start-up. It is designed for accurate timekeeping in portable and battery powered applications.
