SAN JOSE, California, July 24 - Decicon Incorporated has filed a US patent application for its Fast LDO Voltage Regulator.

Decicon's Fast LDO Voltage Regulator provides power conversion at high efficiency levels within a wide output voltage range, successfully competing with switching DC/DC converters in a variety of applications. Compared to switching converters, LDOs offer lower output noise, ease of use, and do not require bulky and expensive inductors.
